Blue Jacket, Inc. partners with Ivy Tech Community College, Industrial Training Solutions, and other service providers of credentialed, licensed training that allows for technical skill building in those understanding their career aspiration. Blue Jacket partners to provide training in construction, welding, CNA training, CNC, Serv Safe Certification and Industrial Maintenance to its graduates.
Capstone Projects Give Back
Blue Jacket, Inc. students are instructed to create a project with their newfound skill that gives back to the community, as a gesture for their willingness to "right their wrongs" and learn more about their specific skills and aspirations. Pictured below are free bike parking corrals that students created as a service to the Fort Wayne Festivals and bike riders.
Blue Jacket has partnered with the City of Fort Wayne, Aboite New Trails, Caring About People, Lifeline, Johnny Appleseed Festival, Arts United, Mustard Seed Furniture Bank, Wings of Hope Halfway House, and are looking to partner to provide a service to those nonprofit and government entities that do not have the resource to complete.
