Today Melissa Montana talks with Lance Stiver, Operations Manager of Blue Jacket Thrift Store, about their non-for-profit organization that believes a second chance is everybody's business. Blue Jacket Inc. was created in 2003 after a pilot project of Allen County Community Corrections to address criminal and unmet needs. The store is located at 2826 S. Calhoun Street.
