Chief Blue Jacket Day

Celebrate Chief Blue Jacket Day in Fort Wayne by inviting friends and neighbors of Blue Jacket to attend a block party on the Blue Jacket campus at 2826 Calhoun St. from 3PM -7PM on June 22nd! This event will include food trucks and music by local musicians as well as a national act – Matthew Szlachetka from Nashville, Tennessee.

Blue Jacket Inc. hopes to foster a sense of community by creating an inclusive and welcoming environment that encourages friends and neighbors to connect with one another. Through this event we aim to increase community awareness of our mission and to align ourselves as partners for a better Fort Wayne.

We intend for this to be a calendarized celebration of Chief Blue Jacket every year in the Calhoun corridor. We hope to see friends and neighbors walking, riding their bikes, and bringing their families out to honor the life and legacy of Chief Blue Jacket and the mission of Blue Jacket Inc.

Free, safe valet bike parking for anyone who does not want to have to lock their bike up, but under the protection in our bike corrals will encourage riders from all over to make this a fun destination.
